1. The Human Artist Covenant (Zero-AI Invariant)

Still Human exists for one uncompromising purpose: to celebrate, protect, and challenge genuine human creativity. By accessing, downloading, or using Still Human, you enter into a binding agreement that every artwork, drawing stroke, proof submission, and creative piece you submit is created exclusively by human hands.

Strict Prohibition of Generative AI You agree that you will NOT upload, submit, display, or promote any content created in whole or in part using generative artificial intelligence, neural diffusion models (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E), algorithmic inpainting, prompt-to-image synthesis, or automated generative filters.

Verification & Telemetry: To defend platform integrity, Still Human logs DualDraw vector stroke timestamps, pressure profiles, session duration, and undo/redo operations. Submissions found to violate this covenant will be removed immediately. Repeated or willful violations will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all streak tokens, contest badges, and leaderboard rankings.

2. 100% Creator Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% of your copyright. Still Human does NOT claim ownership of any drawings, paintings, sketches, comments, or multimedia content that you publish on our platform. Your artwork remains exclusively yours.

Anti-Scraping & AI Training Defense Still Human strictly prohibits any third party, bot, web scraper, or technology company from harvesting, scraping, or utilizing any artwork hosted on our service to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models. Any unauthorized automated ingestion constitutes a direct violation of these Terms and will be prosecuted under applicable copyright and computer protection laws.

Limited Operational License: By uploading content, you grant Still Human a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, cache, display, reformat (e.g., generate thumbnails and responsive images), and distribute your content across Still Human's features (such as challenge leaderboards, community showcases, and user profiles) to operate the service.

3. 1v1 Artist Duels & Creative Competitions

Still Human features peer-to-peer 1v1 drawing competitions governed by the following rules:

  • Blind Reveal: To prevent tracing, imitation, or reactive bias, artworks submitted to an active 1v1 duel are cryptographically obscured until both competitors submit their artwork or the submission deadline lapses.
  • Fair Community Evaluation: Public voting is open to active community members. The use of bots, sockpuppet accounts, coordinated vote brigading, or reciprocal vote selling is strictly prohibited and results in immediate duel disqualification.
  • Outcome Finality: Duel tallies and community decisions finalized through the platform consensus engine are binding and final.

4. Collab Spaces & Member Privacy

Private Collab Spaces are private creative sanctuaries for artists. Members agree to:

  • Treat all fellow artists with kindness, constructive feedback, and mutual respect.
  • Respect room confidentiality: chat logs, work-in-progress sketches, and private discussions must NOT be shared outside the room without explicit permission from the original artist.
  • Maintain human-only content in room discussions and critiques.

5. Account Termination & Data Portability

You may terminate your account at any time through the in-app settings (Settings → Data & Storage → Delete Account). Before deleting, you have the right to request a complete ZIP export of all your original artwork, videos, and telemetry records.

Still Human reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach the Human Artist Covenant, engage in harassment, or disrupt platform infrastructure.
